Terms of Service Effective Date: July 10, 2026 1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to NanoBanana.ai ("Nano Banana", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using https://nanobananai.ai (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our platform immediately. 2. Services Provided NanoBanana.ai provides AI-powered creative tools that allow users to generate and edit digital content such as images using artificial intelligence. NanoBanana.ai is an independent platform powered by Google's Gemini Flash 2.5 API. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. The Gemini API is used solely as a technological service provider to process image generation requests. 3. Content Ownership and Use When you create or generate content using NanoBanana.ai, you retain ownership of the output you produce. However: You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the NanoBanana.ai platform or its underlying technology. You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you create and how you choose to use it. You must not use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content, and your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. By using NanoBanana.ai, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your generated content solely for service delivery, performance monitoring, and compliance purposes. 4. Payments and Merchant of Record Purchases on NanoBanana.ai are processed by our payment providers. Where Creem is used at checkout, Creem acts as the Merchant of Record — Creem is the seller of record for the transaction and is responsible for processing payment, issuing receipts, and calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable sales tax or VAT. Your card statement will show a charge from "CREEM". Certain transactions may instead be processed by Authorize.Net. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Creem's applicable buyer terms. All prices are displayed on our Pricing page and at checkout before you confirm. 5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal Paid plans are offered as recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for the same term until you cancel, and your chosen payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Creem customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period, and access continues until the end of the paid term. If a free trial or promotional period is ever offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the listed price unless you cancel before it ends. Credits included with a plan and one-time credit-pack purchases are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. 6. Data Collection and Privacy We collect limited personal information (such as your name, email address, and billing details) to process transactions, authenticate accounts, and improve our services.
