Cloudflare R2 — storage of your generated images and uploads. We do not share your personal data beyond what is necessary to operate these services and fulfill your requests. 5. Payments and Merchant of Record When Creem is used at checkout, Creem acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. This means Creem is the seller of record and is responsible for processing the payment, handling billing, and calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your card statement will show a charge from "CREEM". Payment card data is collected and stored directly by Creem (or by Authorize.Net where applicable) under their own security and privacy practices — NanoBanana.ai never stores or directly processes your full card details.
